Absolutely fed up with Orange. I will never believe another word their sales team say and their customer service is awful. If you have a faulty phone you have to make an insurance claim to sort then you get sent a faulty reconditioned handset then ignore you and try to fob you off with another one and wonder why you want to speak to a manager (which they refuse and tell you 24 hours which never happens). They obviously don't care about their customers and don't get me started on increasing the contract price 6 months in to a 24 month contract and telling me by text and blaming it on the recession. Well when my 2 contracts are up I will take my £80 per month elsewhere.
What ever they offer you avoid Orange at all costs it is the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service.
