“Awful world traveller class”

World traveller seats were appalling (Doha to London). British Airways economy class seats have the smallest amount of padding for economy class compared to the world traveller plus. Padding on the headrest is virtually non-existent. Result on a 91/2 hour flight - the entire journey was terrible & unacceptably uncomfortable. Considering these seats are sold as cheaper than the direct Qatar Airways flight, the additional cost to purchase world traveller plus pushes the cost per person significantly higher than the direct Qatar Airways flight. World traveller is a con - avoid it & travel with alternate airlines.
