The car was dirty with stains. I rented the car for 5 days, after the first day the engine light came on. I called the roadside assistance and they advised me to exchanged the car at a location that took 30 mins to get there(Ok at the moment). The car I exchanged for sounded like the wheel was going to fall off.
Now it has been 30 days and I still haven't received my deposit back. I have contacted Hertz's customer relations a week earlier and they assured I will get an e-mail or call on the status of my deposit but I still haven't heard from them. Called them back a week later and the person on the phone was not willing to help and told me to e-mail their Customer Relation department (That is where I called).
Hertz car rental has the worst service.
