“The results speak for themselves”

I attended a Pareto Law assessment day in February, I was somewhat sceptical having read the reviews left by people who had attended previously however I was pleasantly surprised. What I had expected to be something of a waste of time with most people being taken through proved to be the exact opposite of that. Only a small proportion of the 39 candidates were taken on to the Pareto graduate list and as far as I am aware all of those people have now found jobs with good companies.
I am personally delighted with the company Pareto have placed me in and I am currently working on secondment for a period of six months before being taken onto the company's permanent books.

Those who didn't get through are understandably frustrated with the process, hence the negative reviews, but those who are successful the experience is very positive and a good job is almost assured.
