Beware when shopping on the internet because more and more places have this business model: sell you something, collect their payment and then its chance or luck when you get it. dont deal with people like this, its a scam.
I ordered something from Greenfingers.com and on the order confirmation it said: Delivery Policy: we aim to deliver within 10 - 14 days of your order being placed.
Simply put: they didnt and cited a 'guarantee' which I didnt see anywhere and was NOT on my order confirmation email, of delivery within 28 days. When i phoned about my order after 10 days they cited the 28 day delivery and also said they couldnt give me any info as to when i would receive order. after 15 days again, sorry cant give you any info. Really?? the lady was nice and sympathetic but frankly i dont care so much about that when im waiting for my goods. If you need your stuff in a reasonable time frame do not order from these guys, simples. (i cancelled my order so i can get my item elsewhere.)
