“Carshop is great”

The Carshop, Doncaster is great. We went in after passing by chance & not really knowing what we were looking for. There really was no pressure on us to make any kind of decision & none of the hassle of different people coming over to us every 2 minutes that you normally get. We had a passing conversation with a member of staff on our way out where we were given a card & advised to look on the website as new stock comes in all the time. After a night of thinking about what we really wanted, we made a call. We called with a very specific list of what we were looking for & 24 hours later, there it was - down to the very last detail - which was of course the price!! Needless to say, after a couple of very efficient meetings, we now have the car we wanted. I have to say the only thing that let them down was the collection side of things. From finalizing all the paperwork, our 10 minute wait for the valeting team to finish up turned into 40 minutes!! Small price to pay to make sure everything was spot on for us?!? Food for thought for the valeting team maybe!! Impressive team of people none the less. 2 very happy customers.
