none poor quality product seems the r&d department design there products in the local pub after ten beers

where do i start? very poor design that's about all i can say.

General Comments
This Hotpoint FFA90 creaks, fridge goes warm, freezer box replaced plus top pcb new insulation constant, ice build up in freezer, thermistors built into body of fridge /freezer cannot be accessed poor design hotpoint attended about ten visits under extended service guarantee could not solve problems eventually have new replacement hotpoint ff200ep 4 months old guess what that has gone wrong fridge getting warm awaiting parts even this has modifications done prior to delivery the hotpoint service man done his usual played down there was a problem with these models ive been loyal to the brand in the past not no more
