The service we received was exceptional. When we were first looking for a web designer we spoke to Andrew at Smarter Web Company and were really impressed with both his knowledge and helpfulness. Sadly, because we felt his prices were cheap compared to other quotes we had received we were worried about what the service may be like.

As a new company needing a website we wanted to make sure everything was going to be just right. We chose another web designer and what a mistake! To cut a long and very stressful story short the other web designer let us down on everything including, most importantly, not delivering the project on time. Nonetheless, we were still worried to cut ties with the designer because of the tight timescales and were concerned about appointing a new web designer. We spoke to Andrew and even though he knew we may still stay with the designer he freely offered his help and advice.

We decided to switch to Andrew and it has been a breath of fresh air, after weeks of tortuous dealings with this other company, Andrew and Alex just got on with it and had everything done within 24 hours....there was lots of going backwards and forwards but this didn't faze them at all...in fact it was a relief to hear they wanted us to keep going back to them until we got exactly what we wanted. Exceptional service.

To summarise, they are more good value than cheap and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.... Please don't make the mistake I did and think that by paying more you get more....in terms of web design, you quite simply don't!
