I used to love play until something went wrong then there was no help forthcoming from any avenue inc call centre email support or just through the automated complaint part. Also I had trouble a play trade seller and his reaction score is still 100% even after play refunded me the guy still has 100% which means they all must be incorrect. Overall I think the company is a bit off a shambles. The item I bought with the problem showed an iPad cover with stand on the picture but when it arrived it had no stand.
