“Shockingly Bad”

They look above board and advertise on TV but it is just a scam. I cancelled my account online and was told I would be sent confirmation in due course. Even when I did it I though 'hmm., that looks unusual and seems to me like a stalling tactic...'
A few months later I started receiving invoices which then turned into letters from a debt management company. Very threatening ones too. I eventually paid them off, (about forty quid) and they are STILL sending me emails as if I am a customer. I have replied telling them to close my account but they tell me to log in and cancel it, which will then presumably make it look like I have used it, which I am not going to do.
I am waiting to be billed. I am almost daring them to do it, because this time I will fight it and make a huge noise.
This company is a disgrace. NOBODY shoud use them. My WORST experience with a well known company, (and I'm a BT customer, so that's saying something).
