“Scam Artists”

Once the best bank around to now by far the worse and I would of once recommended these scam artists. My wife had moved funds to a different bank account and at this time they swapped to the new internet banking set up. Unknown to her the new set up had switched off paper statements and it was only by chance I took her card to the bank (we both have same pins for ease) and discovered it overdrawn. When the wife had transfered the money she had move £1.90 too much, 4 months later...No Statements, emails...No Warnings and that £1.90 had cost £146. Ok she made a mistake, thats just robbing people. Now moved all my insurance's , moving the mortgage and my life savings and monthly income...hope the £144 charges goes to replaceing 20years of loyalty and future loss business... Stay well clear folks.
