“easy peasy holiday”

Enjoyed this last minute break, hotel was as described and all details were taken care off. Would use this company again for short break and reasonable pricing. Was given good help over the phone and confirmation of holiday was prompt. Hotel was clean and well organised, the beds are firm and the pillows had and very uncomfortable. Food is typical 3 star but plenty of it, one niggle was the fact I am a coeliac and lots of food was in sauce or gravy that wasn't gluten free.The staff knew about coeliac and were able to identify what was 'clean'. All inclusive option was good for us as we don't over eat or drink, but enjoyed the 5 day break, felt like a full week. Only complain was we had to wait for almost 2 hours at airport for transfer, this was unusual for the transfer company as we had used them previously, but coming home was no problem as they arrived 40 minutes early, so we got to the airport before the queues.
