“Zoom Rentals are FRAUD all the way”

I rented from them 2 years ago and had terrible experience. They wanted to charge me extra for taking car insurance even when i was showing them my international insurance card from Geico that already had a decent coverage. I even called Geico from their place and had them talk to those crooks to explain that Geico Insurance from US covers cars rented in Canada. Long story short, i was finally able to deny the coverage that Zoom was selling. When I got the car, I had to replace it twice before I got the car that did not have side mirror broken, bad tires or smoke smell. The last car that I got was still dirty and had smell but not the smoke smell.

I never write the reviews but after reading the excellent reviews provided by some of the owners or employers I was encouraged to write a review to inform everyone to stay away from them unless you have all the time to fight with them and can come back and replace the cars or call your insurance/ BBB or even Canadian Dept of Public Safety equivalent
