Once again an appalling flight with Jet 2. We pay extra for our ski carriage and everything is weighed and checked-in before we leave - Why oh why does this airline think it is then justifiable to deliberately leave all ski equipment and some other baggage behind at Chambery airport?
People pay a great deal of money for ski equipment which should only be stored in a certain way. To leave this kind of equipment stacked as it is in transit, for any length of time, could cause damage to bindings and ski warpage which could become a serious safety issue.
We will never fly with Jet 2 again having had a very poor experience each time and therefore will not book with any travel company which uses their services.
