“Baa humbug!”

This is a woolly hat saga baa.
Seldom use my card so just to get the offers they send, I put my second woolly hat purchase on my card, it cost £8.75 in sale I loved it, and as I had lost the first leaving it on a coach I needed a replacement I expect someone else will be loving it too! We were away on hols and paid off the balance in store when we got back. This was 2 days late. I then got a statement £8.75 to pay. CR £8.75. and amount owing £12.00 Hey up! Whats that all about. I rang and explained to a person who said he would see to it. I do hope he comes over from India and does so. £12 is a bit steep for a slap on the wrist. Don't you think! I have cut this card up into a million tiny pieces.
Cash is King!
We both buy lots of stuff in there, and pay cash.Have done for years.

However sad to say, I shall think twice about spending mine in Debenhams next time. And they can keep their store card and put it where the sun don't shine.
