“Awful service, full stop.”

I wasn't even able to rent a car.

I booked my car with all details including credit card to pickup in Fort Lauderdale, March 2012. In the shop they had problems with my credit card and they didn't let me rent a car, not even after EVERY desperate tentative. A person was left behind in Miami and an entire weekend was ruined by Hertz.

Additionally I am now in contact with Hertz customer service and they NEVER said they were sorry, they never tried to save the relationship with the client. They were only interested in stating they were right and that was all my fault.

Would you go renting a car to someone who does not even care about their clients? Certainly for me it was the last time forever!

Please do me a favor and stay far from Hertz!!!
