“Excellent Service Recommendatory!”

I bought a puppy and 3 days later he got very ill from the parvovirus and sadly passed away I was only insured under the 30day free policy at the time.I rang them up explained the situation and they sent me the necessaries for claiming, after receiving my claim forms & sending them off a week later i have received a cheque for the full price of my puppy and for nearly a £1000 of veterinary fees for the emergency treatment my poor sam had to have.
Having another dog and now a new puppy i am right back with them on their full insurance policy. Never have had faith in these companies but this one seems to be making the effort in the right places,with the customer!
