I have used dys many times to book car rental. They are not as expensive as some other car rentals. Yes they do encourage you to take out extra insurance. Just say NO. And just like many other rentals they charge you for a full tank of fuel. The cars i have had, have always been good. Remember they are the agent. I print off my voucher at home. I never pay to i get to the rental company. WARNING! I am not sure who is to blame for the next bit, but its not good. My rental voucher was SOLMAR,on arriving at Valencia Airport, my voucher said to wait outside the departure area in the bus lane and i would be collected and taken to my car. All fine fairly prompt, booking easy, even helped in with my luggage, and then on my way. However on the way back i was returning the car back to Alicante airport,just as requested on my voucher. Unfortunately Solmar is not based at the airport and is a five min drive away. If i had been given the info in the first place and directions. I would not of wasted nearly an hour, being sent all over the airport grounds. Eventually a kind worker from another company said i could follow behind in my car and he would show me the way. If it was not for him i would of most definitely missed my flight. I have rented cars many of times, but this time i was sent into a panic, this is a lesson learned, info may not always be given or even correct.I speak little spanish as the man also spoke little english but we got by. Thank you
