“A satifying experience”

I want to share with you the pleasant experience I had when I bought a car at Car Shop in Doncaster. I had visited the store previously. The show room is large, spacious, clean and the cars are divided into price ranges. I had visited several garages in Doncaster in order to firm up my views about the kind of car I wanted and the price range. There was no pressure at Car Shop, just guidance. The second time I went I had a good idea of what I was looking for and Dindy accompanied around the showroom at my request. I found the Fiesta Zetec amongst the first few cars I viewed. As it was red it caught my eye. It was made clear to me that there would be no reductions for cash. But when I was asked what I would want to secure the deal and said £250 this was, after consultation, added to the allowance on my car.
I arranged to pick up the car 3 days later. The payment procedures were swift and efficient, the briefing, by Jody, on the car, very good. When I returned with the car fifteen minutes later, having been unable to fill it with petrol it was all dealt with calmly and professionally, no drama, no fuss.
I returned a couple of days later to take the manuals of the part exchange car and pointed out a small scratch. There was an offer to touch it up straight away.
All in all a satisfactory and fulfilling experience. The car? great!
