“Cowboy Recruiters, stay away from them!”

I approached Hayes construction regarding some jobs in the architecture field, however my experiance with their staff and email responses were diabolical. The staff are clueless about specific industries, and not in any way helpful. I was put forward for 2 postions, one they got the interview date wrong and the other one "the postion was filled internally". Theres me wasting a day trip into London and preperaing for the interview and then to be told at the RECEPTION of the company 'the position has already been taken'. I felt so angry, as Hayes communication with myself was so poor, how do they even deal with coporate companies!! After having a lengthy conversation with a nice lady who was actually helpful, told me blankly that the procedures at Hayes are non existant and all they really look at is the last previous job experiance. I would definatly look for jobs elsewhere!
