“Placed order 3 weeks ago, no order and no refund”

I placed my order almost 4 weeks ago, was told i will receive it between 3-4 working days. yet almost 4 weeks later no delivery. i was told my order royamail dropped a card for me as i was not at the address at the time of delivery. i contacted them again, i was told i would have to contact royail mail myself and i told them if i could have a refund then as there customer service was really bad and now i was told my order has been delivered. i have now order and they said they can not give me a refund and would have to investigate and could take 28 days. i am going on holiday next week and now made another order with Asos and since then have got my order from ASOS and still nothing from Boohoo. did i mention its was for £109.99. Very bad customer service, infact the worst have ever come across.
