BT’s customer service help line is useless. When the internet dose go down, I always cringe at the thought that I am going to have to call India and not understand a thing they say, and they don’t understand me. I end up shouting down the phone as I keep thinking that it must be because they can’t hear me properly. It drives me up the wall. on the other hand. when every thing works, it works. i have to call there help line 4 times a year, which isnt too bad
