O2 are useless! Poor customer service meaning you spend hours on the phone being put on hold and passed from pillar to post....
Over a period of a month they put £650 in and then out again and then though it was all sorted and they agreed to give me 3 months free tarrif because of the inconvenience and then they do it again for just over £600!!!!!!
All they agreed to do was pay my overdraft charges from the bank (which I had to go to the bank branch talk to the manager and get a personal letter done) and paid me £10 compensation and said if i wanted to take it higher i would have to contact them through email/letter to a complaints address... passing me around yet again!!!
I've seeked legal action who have told me to email them saying I have rights to terminate the contract and claim compensation, which I hop I get or will have to take things further!
