“unlimited pass”

Me and my other half visited The o2 to watch a film last week in the sky superscreen which is the biggest screen eg like imax but we noticed there was an area upstairs called sky balcony so we asked if we can have tickets for that we were told we have to pay FULL price for a ticket. We asked can we pay an extra charge as we have an unlimited card but was told No we cant we need to purchase a ticket at full price which is not fair as we pay £14.99 a month and this shouldnt be a problem plus when i signed up i was promised with all these offers off food but not once have i seen any offers or been sent anyfing
