I have been on the diet for only a week, and have lost an amazing 5lbs! The diet ideas are my favourite part because it got such a chore trying to decide each day what to eat especially to take to work. With this plan it's so easy and so simple to swap any meal you don't like. Also the encouragement from the mentors is amazing, they really know what they are talking about.
I will definitely recommend to all my friends and although I only need to lose a few pounds it's been great fun so far and given me something to work towards...
