“Helpful service and excellent products”

The colours on the website were true and the items arrived in good packaging and in good condition - helped along by UPS's excellent service. I was pleased to find that strings were attached to the back of the prints instead of the metal loops which some online print services attach high up on the back of the print and which give the print a sub-standard look. The materials used were of good quality and I found the customer service very helpful and polite. All in all, a pleasant experience. My only criticism would be that there are not enough small prints, particularly horizontal ones, for small flats such as the one I live in - there may be a demand for "occasional" pictures rather than main feature pictures.
