“Worst Customer Service and Site ever”

I ordered a jacket that needed to be returned. Simple enough. However, the returns slip -- which you apparently really, really need -- was not included with my package. I managed to get a return request number from their very poorly designed website, but the address was impossible to find. I emailed customer service. No response. I emailed them again. No response. I emailed them again, they responded that the address could be found on the returns slip in my package, which of course I had already told them was NOT in my package. I've sent them FIVE EMAILS and still don't have the address.

I'm calling customer service today. It's too bad as I don't mind going into the store when I'm in London, but otherwise, I will never, ever order from Topshop again, nor will I ever try to find anything on their site.

The quality of the merchandise is too hit or miss to risk going through this much trouble for what should be a simple return.

Buy from H&M or J.Crew instead!
