“AVOID - Dirty price tactics and a 3 month wait for bad...”

Hi, new to this reviewing business but thought i'd give it a go. Firstly the thing that annoyed me with this company is that I bought the voucher from groupon, apparently it was a good saving and seemed cheap so I bought it.
When I went to order the canvas I realised it was cheaper on their website - so I saved nothing, in fact I paid more than what they normally charge people plus I had to pay for delivery - I frown upon this sort of tactics.
Secondly the canvas took nearly three months to arrive, I understand they may have been busy and that they state 28 days but I mean 3 months to print an image on to canvas! Absolute joke - I could have had one made in Vietnam and sent over here in half the time. Also there was no way to check the status of the order on the website and I used the contact form three times and did not receive a reply. I eventually phoned them up and they told me it was scheduled to be printed 2 months after the order was placed.
Thirdly I am not satisfied with the coloring in the slightest, while I am no professional photographer I have used about five different company's who have printed my images (and this particular image) on different materials and the quality of this is far below standard. It just isn't right, and unless jessops, boots, mymemoryphoto and an ebay seller all have the wrong printers something is definitely up with this company.

I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND USE A COMPANY THAT VALUES THE CUSTOMER AND ACTUALLY PRODUCES A PRODUCT WORTH WAITING THREE MONTHS FOR!
