“extended waranty”

had extented waranty on washing machine ,it broke down on 31-1 12,had nothing but trouble gettin it fixed .wrong parts ordered on a number of occasions was made to wait weeks because of there mistakes. comet were useless very un helpful after complaining a number of times.the actual time it took to get it fixed was two months finaly done on 4-4-12 .terrible cutomer service in this situation .now feel there waranty is not worth the paper its writen on .will never buy from comet again and would not advise anyone to get there extented waranty .
