I've been with TCB only for less then six months. The site has clawed back about £98.15 for me. There is yet another £40+ in the process of payment and a further £100+ being looked into.
What I liked: TCB has some awesome folks offering a top notch customer service and have designed a user friendly site. They are patient and answer each question within the next 12 hours or working day. Purchases track most of the time. You can be rest assured that, if it has tracked, your payment would be made available to you, in the next 6-8 weeks. No tricks or hiccups unlike other cashback sites. Likewise, if you raise a claim, provided you've offered all the details they require to process it, they take it to the retailer and sort it out for you, again, in less than 6-8 weeks. You are also offered price match guarantee, so you really don't need to use any other cashback sites. Best of all, it is completely FREE. There are also several offers, whereby you get cashbacks with minimal effort and money as well. For instance, just register with credit check companies or get some credit cards or switch banks, you get substantial cashback. Switch energy companies and get paid for that. You're not paying anything extra, you're simply getting on with your normal online shopping and for simply clicking on the link and going through TCB, you get paid for that.
What I feel they could improve on: Have instore cashbacks which they don't seem to have. Also probably rope in major comparison sites like Kayak, moneysupermarket etc. which are presumably indispensable to most of their customers.
