I am beginning to wonder about the financial security of this firm. I have been using this card for a few months with only one or two minor problems. Friday, bank holiday Friday, it mysteriously stopped working. I contacted straight after Easter and complained. Later that day I was told that my card had a technical problem which there IT dept will look into? Well it is now Wednesday night and guess what, the card still does not work and what makes matters worse is that my bookmaker has put through credits using my card and the balance has gone up. Yet again after calling them, they still say it is a technical issue? What do you belive, I have a feeling a have lost my money and will have to complain to the FSA. The card is OK, WHEN IT WORKS, but make sure you have a backup should your Cashplus card mysteriously stops working. This means the card is not reliable and you could be without cash for some time!
