“cheap and cheerful”

booked a cheap self catering holiday to the algarve, everything was good apart from the weather but still managed to get out and about. the apartments were basic but had every thing you needed. hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and enjoyed a few nights entertainment in the bar. the only down side was the location. we knew it was a bit far out from the centre but thought there might be a few pubs near by but there wasnt anything. taxi's were reasonable priced apart from the last night the taxi driver charged us nearly double!! would make sure you ask a price before every journey. all in all was a nice break and would definitely book with low cost holidays again
