“broken belt, broken nylon pulley.rubbish product”

Had this product for 6 months then belt broke, Pulley teeth stripped. Phone all spare suppliers and and was told I had to replace the entire motor at a cost of £45.00
phone Black and Decker they will replace and upgrade parts all I have to do is pay for courier to Liverpool ;. I live in London;.
COME ON BLACK AND DECKER GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER ITS A DESIGN FAULT
