“Very poor service”

Not delivered on time even with advance booking,no communication from them but they took my money straight away via PayPal.I am currently trying to sort this out,still no communication from Bunches.
Second time they did not deliver on time,would not recommend and would avoid!!
Easy to use website but difficult to contact them in person.
