This card is so difficult to reload that I don't think they want you to. You need to enter all the information again that you used to setup the card - name, address, identification method, DOB, home address, contact numbers, etc.. They said it's for security! The security should be on taking money out of the account, not putting it in! The customer service was nice enough. Great idea but flawed implementation.
