contract was up in november cancelled this with months notice but they didnt so charged me another month when i rang up to say id cancelled they said i had to pay this amount tso i did then they told me i had to ive them another months notice this has now been going on for 5 months and they still havent cancelled even though i keep paying and havnt even got sim card since nov just got another bill for 35 this morning and was told it was def cancelled this time the firm is a complete joke stressed out wasted days of my life ringing and have a massive phone bill wxxxxxs
