“Great tour experience but a tragic ending”

I had done the panoramic europe tour and it was good I liked it. The tour was planned and organised well. Positive feedback was given by everyone in the coach. But people did realise about their drop at the pick up point. And here all the problems begun. Star tours were never bothered or concerned about the drop for the passengers. Every passenger who reached london via the ferry, was made to wait atleast for an hour, in and outside the wembley office, with the freezing cold. The only answer given was.."please wait for 10 mins, coach is on the way"..

Now, including me each and every passenger was frustrated and angry at this service provided by star tours. This was least expected after such a wonderful trip. I and few of our friends had to come to manchester. We left London 22:30hrs and reached manchester 03:00hrs in the morning. Also keeping in mind, we had office the next day.

This could have been done much better, if star tours had planned this before. They knew each every passenger's drop point. They could have arrange suitable amount of cabs/coaches and done the arrangements. Tours being expensive as well, when people opt for that, it becomes the responsibility of Star tours to keep their passengers happy.

So just a piece of advice, if you are taking the tour with Star tour, you can go ahead, but please DO NOT OPT FOR PICK UP/DROP, especially if you are coming from far off places. You will be stranded in the middle of night.

Apart from this one issue, rest was good
