On hold for 25 minutes and still not spoken to anyone that has a clue. They suspended my card due to fraud reasons but as yet nobody has been able to tell me why - let alone sort anything out.
They suspended it 2 weeks ago but have not even attempted to notify me, I only found out when I went to use it which is embarrassing as I have been a model customer always paid on time.
