“Fantastic Service!!”

Found Solopress on the internet and was pretty dubious to start with as I didn't know them, they're on the opposite side of the country to me and the print job I needed was a bit out of the ordinary but key to my business.

Using any printer for the first time and especially for a job this close to my heart (+ using a new 'creative' person too) would have seen me nibbling my nails at the press waiting for the first proof to come off, so to say I was nervous would be an understatement; but I didn't need to be.

Paula responded to every question I had almost by return; when I had a technical query she involved the production team who were very much on the ball and my print job was turned around, produced beautifully to the standard I wanted and bang on time too. I don't believe I could have got a better service anywhere else.

I'm known to both my clients and my suppliers as providing and expecting high standards; Solopress was everything I could have asked for and unless this is just a flash in the pan (which at this level of professionalism I can't believe it is)I doubt I'll be going anywhere else for either my own or my clients printing needs.
