“Awful staff terrible customer service”

Well I had so many bad experienced with Maplins it would take forever to write this.

Once I walked into maplins because I wanted to buy a new power cable for my music keyboard. I asked a salesman to help me. I said " Hello I dont know if you can help me but I am looking for a cable ---" but before I said anymore the shop assistant said in a snappy unfriendly voice " what for"

It was the tone of his voice that was the problem. I went on to explain and I had already picked a cable up from the shelf. I said to the salesman " do you know if this one will be okay"? He replied and said " Yes thats fine if you want to blow up your keyboard". Now he was not joking when he said this.

The staff are so unhelpful and unaprrochable I felt unable to go back in to get a refund for other problems in the future. Another time I brought a new hard drive for my computer so I could upgrade to windows 7. I was given the wrong type of hard drive and so I took it back and was told because it was out of the package they could not refund it. So I ended up loosing £90.00 of my money!!!

Writing several complains I was just told that " We have the best customer services and good feed back from other customers" completely ignoring what I said.

Good range of prodcts, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Will never use them again.
