“Absolutely appalling”

We found Bouncy Parties to be unreliable, unresponsive, obtuse, incompetent and rude - all the things you don't want from a provider of services for your party. The first time we booked a bouncy castle with this Orpington-based outfit they were simply very late - we made the mistake of giving them a second chance. This time they didn't show up at all, didn't answer calls as the situation turned critical, and were completely unapologetic when we eventually did get through, acting wronged that a customer might express unhappiness with the let down. These guys really don't care, so don't make the mistake of entrusting them with the success of your event as we did; certainly don't believe the confirmaton email that they send you as you may might well end up with the same lame "somebody called us and cancelled your booking" line that we got when they couldn't get their act together and deliver what we had ordered. Unless the prospect of deeply disappointed kiddies and extreme frustraton is your intended party theme, what else can I say - use these cowboys at your own peril.
