“Terrible Customer Service”

I ordered sofas on 27 December 2011 from the Paul Simon Orpington store. I was promised a 6 week delivery and after 8 weeks the sofas were delivered - the only problem they were the wrong size, colour and make!

I have since been trying to organise getting the right sofas delivered - Paul Simon have excepted responsibility but after 4 months I still have no sofas.

Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. After four months of complaining no one at Paul Simon is listening!! Don't waste your money or time on a company that clearly holds customer service below making profit!
