“STILL WAITING FOR THE CANCELLATION REFUND”

When we received the voucher we phoned the car supplier who said our car booked is not 5 door, not diesel and to be picked up offsite the airport. All contrary to our booked requirements. Since we were flying after 8 days we cancelled the booking BUT the refund has not been made either to us or to our CC supplier bank. I have sent them emails but no reply. I have complained to my bank as I paid by CC they have asked me to send them the emails with note saying the product supplied is not as mentioned on their website. I am in the process of sending them all that states that cars is supplied at the airport not offsite and son on.
I think this DoyouSpain.com are simply web based agents not suppliers. Their marketing claims are questionable. THEY WILL NOT ENTER INTO ANY CORRESPONDENCE for legal reasons BUT my banking friend told me that if they have more complaints then they can be black listed for payment purposes or their business rating can be down graded.
BEST TO AVOID THEM as in the end you will pay more than you think. So for the peace of mind pay few more euros with the companies vetted by any comparison web sites.
