“One star is too many on this rating! ”

I will never book through a second hand " Bulk" ticketing site again thanks to "TRAVELOCITY". As we were booking our trip the price went up $75 within 15 minutes. After booking we found it to be $245 cheaper through the resort we were staying at for both the flight and hotel and would have had a better airline. We were unable to cancel in order to save money too and they have no real guarantee since they wouldn't even try to match the price. After arriving at our hotel we had an emergency that came up. We tried to go home a day early but we were told by our hotel if we booked through them it would be ok and we would get a refund on the days we didn't stay, but we didn't. It was the same thing with the airline but the airline (Frontier) was no better than Travelocity. The Travelocity customer service reps we spoke to for all these issues barely spoke English making things even more difficult. On our flight out we were waiting on our connecting flight at the gate specified when we were told to go to the other end of the terminal to get on our flight. On the flight back we were only due to stop at the main hub in Denver and remain on our plane so no connecting flight. Come to find out as we were landing we were told we have to run to the other end of the terminal again to get on a different plane. Then after getting on our plane the flight attendants didn't even know where we were going! My wife and I are not fond of flying as it is, the airline that Travelocity gave us made it worse! I see why they only allow so many characters when submitting a review on their site. I could write a book! This was by far the worst vacation we have ever had. From something that was suppose to help relieve some stress this vacation multiplied out stress by 1000!
