“Dry Rot treatment”

I found Timberwise to be be very professional throughout. I also believe they were very competative in their pricing. When it was discovered that the extent of rot was greater than first anticipated, they quickly rescheduled work loads to be able to complete everthing as quickly as possible, including working a full weekend. They were also very accomodating in agreeing days that no work could be undertaken (when I had to go away for a few days). Their team of technicians completed work to a high standard, were quick workers, tidied up as they went along, and didn't leave any of the irriting minor items undone (as can sometimes be the case!)
When it came to pricing the extra work, they didn't attemt to "make hay while the sunshines" and were very fair.
All in all....excellent!!
