“Terribly slow site”

Barclays used to have a semi-reasonable online banking site. I can't believe they have upgraded it to this rubbish. I badly needed to transfer money across my accounts and have now had to borrow money from a friend. I live in the countryside and travelling into the local branch simply is not an option. If this continues I will be changing banks. I have been with Barclays for years, but it is increasingly obviously that they are offering the consumer less and less. (The lack of decent interest on their current account has bothered me for some time now). Perhaps the I.T dept needs a few P45's handed out.
