I have used hotel direct many times over the past 9 years when staying in London. I always select a four star hotel and I have never been disappointed. I have had to cancel a reservation once which was done with ease and incurred no charge. I have recommended hotel direct many times and will continue to do so. Overall - excellent reliable hotel descriptions offering the best prices. Its now the only site I use.
