“Bad manners !!”

Sincerely hope Weatherseal improvements are better than their tele-sales people,s manners ,I answered the phone today to someone from the company asking by name for the previous owners ,when I told her they,d passed away ,she proceeded to tell me about the offers in the area e.t.c ,when I told her we had already done our home improvements ,she didn,t even give me chance to finish my sentence but put the phone down on me ,is there any wonder people are sick & tired of being bothered with nuisance calls when people like this are so ignorant & full of bad manners !!!
