“Natural Instincts (Brass-Free)”

I wanted a nice brown color without any red. I used Natural Instincts Medium Brown (Brass-Free).
I was pleased with that color. After a couple of weeks, I used the color refresher that came in the
package. Ohhh nooo! They must have put all the "brass" in that packet. My hair turned out red . . .
exactly what I did not want! I will probably use this brand and color again, but I will throw away
the color refresher!
