I bought my 3 bed semi as an investment property but since i got my keys had several issues some with respect to the site manager John resolved in reasonable time. I found my self to be very disappointed with the fact i went to them recently with a problem with my patio doors to the rear which has dropped and therefore would not shut. when I had gone to see them i was told they will not be doing anything as it was over 2yrs and their guarantee had expired. Double glazing & frames should be covered for 10yrs against any problems so i asked for the details of the suppliers. I have NOW been advised by an independant glazing company that the fault lies down to the fitting as the fram had dropped. I have also had to replace a timer for the raditors but when spoken to neighbours they had theirs replaced by Barratts. I ask my self did i buy a new home or a one that had been built in a hurry and therefore quality suffered.
